On May 6, 2025, the city of Ruse celebrates the Day of Bravery and the Bulgarian Army, the church holiday of St. George the Victorious, and the Day of Ruse. On this occasion, the Municipality of Ruse and various communities, institutions, and citizens have prepared an exceptional program for the day, which unites religion, fun activities, and big smiles.

What to expect? - Concert of the National Theatre "Hristo Botev - 1908" and the Union of Pensioners - Ruse Region
Where? - The Rosarium in the Park of Youth

RUSE ECO KIDS DAY
What to expect? - fun educational games, magic show, sports activities, robotics
Where? - In front of the Courthouse

SOLEMN CEREMONY ON THE OCCASION OF MAY 6
DAY OF COURAGE AND THE BULGARIAN ARMY
What to expect? - Priests from the Holy Metropolis of Ruse will serve a thanksgiving prayer service
Where? - Monument to those who died in the Serbo-Bulgarian War

STILL LIFE ON THE GRASS
What to expect? - Art studio of the Art Gallery - Ruse
Where? - in the courtyard of the Art Gallery - Ruse, 39 Borisova Street

HEALTH AND GOOD SPIRIT
What to expect? - demonstrations and exercises with the USH Club at UMD – Ruse and children from the USH
Where? - Ruse Pier

RUSE SKATE ROCK
What to expect? - Participation of Ruse youth rock bands "Chimera" and "Melon Heads"
Where? - Youth Park, next to the skate park
When? - 18:00 (06:00 PM)
RUSE DANCING IN THE COLORS OF THE CITY
What to expect? - Participation of clubs "Igraortsi", "Nashentsi", "Zhaltitsa", "Vito horo", and lovers of Bulgarian dance.

THE LIGHTS OVER THE CITY
What to expect? - Festive concert of BIG-BAND Ruse with the special participation of Orlin Pavlov and Vessela Morova, and with conductor Dimcho Rubchev
What more to expect? - Andy Faulkner's light and laser show, hosted by Radinela Toteva and Martin Pashov
