The Municipality of Ruse participated in the 47th edition of the International Tourism Fair in Belgrade, which took place from 19 to 22 February in the Serbian capital and is one of the most significant tourism exhibitions in Southeastern Europe.
The event brought together over 350 exhibitors from all over the world. This year's edition was held under the motto "One Journey, a Thousand Stories".
The Tourism Fair remains a key platform for presenting destinations, building partnerships, and implementing specific business agreements in the field of tourism. The forum provides an opportunity for the exchange of good practices, ideas, and initiatives between representatives of the public and private sectors.
The Municipality of Ruse presented itself with an individual stand, located within the national advertising space of the Ministry of Tourism of Bulgaria and the national brand #VisitBulgaria. During the exhibition, the Ruse stand was visited by representatives of Serbian municipalities, tourist information centers, producers of local delicacies, as well as long-time friends of the Danube city.
The guests showed great interest in the cultural and event calendar of Ruse and expressed their desire to participate in upcoming festivals and initiatives throughout the year. The participation of the Municipality of Ruse in the prestigious international forum is part of the consistent policy of promoting the city as an attractive tourist destination and expanding international cooperation in the field of tourism.
