Ruse Municipality will participate in the 42nd edition of the tourist exchange "Vacation and SPA Expo", which will take place from February 12 to 14 at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia.
At its 9 sq. m. stand, designed with an individual vision, it will present the various opportunities for cultural and historical, natural, water, and wine tourism, as well as other highlights of the city and the surrounding area. At it, representatives of the "Tourism" department of the Municipal Enterprise "Ruse Art", as well as experts from the Regional Historical Museum - Ruse, will provide potential business partners and visitors with materials and information about cultural events, tourist sites, places of accommodation, and attractions.
A culinary presentation on the topic "Garash Cake - the culinary temptation of Ruse" has been prepared for Saturday (14.02.2026) at 10:30 a.m. Representatives of the Municipality will tell about the history of the "Garash" cake, the recipe for the sweet temptation, the method of preparation, and share interesting and curious facts. Finally, visitors will have the opportunity to try the cake.
