Night at the Museum 2025

European Night of Museums

 

The Regional History Museum in Ruse will again participate in the European Museum Night this year.

The event will be held on Saturday, May 17. It starts at 6:00 PM.

The History Museum and Ecomuseum with Aquarium exhibitions will be open with free admission.

 

 

 

Program May 17 (18:00 - 24:00):

 From 18:00 in the Ruse Hall

"Musical Etudes" - performances by students from the guitar classes of the National Institute "Prof. Vesselin Stoyanov" with leaders Anton Yovchev and Radoslav Mihaylov

 

 From 19:00 in the space in front of the History Museum

"Epoch in Rhythm: Swing in front of the Museum" - group "Lindy Hop" with leader Radina Kostadinova

 

Temporary exhibitions in the History Museum:

• King Alexander I Hall - "Bulgarian Modern - between European Styles and Cultural Heritage" with authors Iskra Todorova, Desislava Tiholova, and Prof. Nikolay Nenov;
• Ruse Hall - "Dimitrana Ivanova - the Forgotten Leader of the Women's Movement in Bulgaria" with author Reneta Roshkeva.

Presentation tours of the exhibition from 18.00, 19.00, 20.00, 21.00, 22.00.

 

Temporary exhibitions in the Ecomuseum with an aquarium:

• "For the Blue Stones with Love", organized by the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation

 

Both museums are open to visitors from 6 PM to 00:00.
