Ruse is one of the few cities where the decoration is placed not only in the city center but also in the neighborhoods. The first illuminated Christmas elements were purchased back in 2006. Since 2022, the main Christmas tree of the city is the natural Christmas tree, planted years ago in front of the facade of the Municipality. Its decoration includes effects with luminous strings, ice lighting, flashes, luminous balls, falling drops, and a top.
This Christmas, Ruse combines the warmth of the wooden houses in the Christmas Town with the frozen kingdom in the Ice Park and the winter skating rink. Come and see what happens! Everywhere, you can enjoy fragrant mulled wine, aromatic sweets, and unique gifts from local craftsmen.
Visitors can capture unforgettable moments in front of illuminated Christmas trees, large gifts, and thematic decorations, including a Santa Claus mailbox, a red bench, and 2D figures of Santa Claus and Snow White.
Impressive compositions of three illuminated figures rise on specially built wooden platforms in the largest rectangular fountain in the center.
The entrances to the Christmas Town are framed by two elegant illuminated arches, while the four ends of the space shine with figures such as a voluminous heart and a luminous sphere, decorated with multi-colored lights.
Ruse in 2024 will shine like never before!
