The consecration of the church was performed by Metropolitan Mihail on August 28, 1934.

The church has the following dimensions: width – 12 meters, length – 26 meters, with a total covered area of 312 m². The dome has a diameter of 9.50 meters.

The frescoes were painted by Prof. Georgi Bogdanov, Prof. Stefan Ivanov, and Prof. Haralampi Tachev.
