The Hesychasts' Trail is an adventurous adrenaline route with elements of a via ferrata. It passes through a hermit monastery in the rocks above Pepelina.
The climb on the rocks is strictly guided by instructors. They provide special equipment and gear. The path is not suitable for children under 12 years old or people with a phobia of heights or narrow spaces.
Suitable clothing for the Path is: sports or hiking shoes, sports pants or leggings with long legs, a short or long-sleeved T-shirt. At outdoor temperatures below 20° you can wear a "top" or jacket. You can carry a small backpack for essentials like water, clothing, phone, and camera. Long hair should be tied in a braid or ponytail. Repellent is also a good idea.
