The City Stadium in Ruse is a sports facility suitable for football, athletics, and musical concerts. It is open to the public, who are allowed to use the athletics track for training.

Use of the football pitch by amateurs is not permitted.

The stadium has 13,000 seats and a tartan athletics track. In close proximity are the "Yalta" sports hall and a training football field.

The official home matches of the football teams Dunav (Ruse) and Lokomotiv (Ruse) are played at the stadium.
