"Filadelfia" is a participant in the event "Garash Cake Festival" (recognized Garash cake).

"Filadelfia" bakery is one of the first private bakeries in Ruse. It began in 1991, as a family business with a production capacity of 1,500 loaves of bread in 5 items and a few staff.

Today, the company is one of the leading producers of bread, bakery, and confectionery products for the city of Ruse, having increased its production capacity more than ten times and providing work for over 70 people. To be closer to our customers and maintain higher quality, "Filadelfia" has built its own sales network of company stores in which it offers its products. This way, we manage to develop our relationships with customers and be responsible for the quality of each product. As a family business, we put our values ​​and a great deal of emotion into what we do. We have accepted that making bread is our calling and our responsibility.
